Terms of Purchase
You are personally responsible for any orders you place on http://www.cruzazur.com. We currently accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, and Paypal. In addition, you may place an order by mail using a personal check or money order. Please do not send cash. We do not accept COD orders. We are not responsible for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase. It is your responsibility to retain all records of your purchase in the event it is needed in the future.
Should any personal information necessary to fulfill your order change after the time was place (such as billing or shipping address), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information. If your order is returned to us due to being provided incorrect shipping information, you may be subject to a return shipment fee and recharged for any further fees incurred to resend your order correctly.
International Orders
Cruz Azur LA will ship worldwide. If you are placing an order from outside the US, you will be charged in US Dollars. When paying by credit card, your charge will be converted to the currency of order origin at the time that you are charged. Customer is responsible for all customs and duty charges as incurred.
Return Policy
Cruz Azur guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days of the day of delivery. All returns must be sent to Cruz Azur, 7510 Sunset Blvd. #1426, Los Angeles, California, 90046-7320. Unless a piece is damaged in transit or a shipping error has occurred, all costs incurred in returning merchandise must be incurred by the customer, but can shipped using the customer’s choice of shipping carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure all packages returned to us.
We will only accept returns for orders placed directly through and fulfilled by Cruzazur.com. Please be advised that if you wish to return an item for a refund that was received as a gift, the refund will be issued to the purchaser. If you purchased or ordered any of our products through another retailer, we suggest contacting that particular retailer for return information.
Returned items are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed and documented in our system. Any refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible after recorded receipt of the returned item.
Refund Policy
All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All refunds will be made to the original credit card on file. If that credit card has expired or will no longer accept a credit, a representative will contact you for another method of receiving payment.
If you choose to return your order for an exchange, your account will be credited the total product cost of the original order. The credit may be applied toward the purchase of new products. New shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order as applicable.
Shipping and Delivery Terms
All deliveries will be shipped from our fulfillment center located in Los Angeles. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery even though an order may be delivered in quicker time. If after 4 weeks you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 323-876-7320.
Cruz Azur LA reserves the right to use any shipment method we deem necessary. Currently, our most common method is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please be aware that the USPS does not require a signature for delivery. Unless told otherwise by a Cruz Azur LA representative, your order will be left in your mailbox or at the doorstep of the shipping address. If you require specific delivery instructions, we recommend calling our Service Department at 323-876-7320 immediately after placing order. A shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders. This shipping and handling cost is a non-negotiable flat fee that covers the cost of postage as well as handling and packaging costs.
If a delivery is refused by the customer without an authorization from Cruz Azur LA, a fee for return shipment may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund.
